At Hrebloom, we stand behind the quality of every product we make. That’s why we offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty, beginning from the date of purchase. This warranty is valid for one-time use and may be redeemed once within the warranty period.

We want you to feel confident in your purchase — and if something goes wrong, we’re here to help.


What This Warranty Covers

During the one-year warranty period, Hrebloom will provide a replacement product if:

  • The device fails to operate as intended.

  • A verified manufacturing defect is found.

Depending on the issue, our team may:

  • Send a replacement product.

  • Refund a portion of your purchase amount.

  • Provide a store gift card as compensation.

Please note: customers are responsible for shipping costs related to warranty claims.


What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, or discoloration).

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accidents.

  • Products used for commercial purposes (unless approved).

  • Items opened or modified by unauthorized personnel.

  • Normal wear and tear or software-related performance issues.

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party websites.


📦 How to Make a Warranty Claim

To request a replacement under warranty:

  1. Contact Customer Support
    Email us at support@hrebloom.com with the subject line:
    “Warranty Replacement – [Your Order Number]”

  2. Include the Following Details:

    • Your full name and order number.

    • A clear description of the issue.

    • Photos or videos showing the problem (if available).

  3. Wait for Our Response:
    Our team will respond within 1–3 business days and guide you through the next steps.

  4. Return & Verification (if required):
    In some cases, we may ask you to return the product for verification before sending a replacement.

Once your claim is approved, we will ship a brand-new replacement at no extra cost.

A valid proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email) is required to process any warranty claim.
