At Hrebloom, we understand that plans can change — and we’re here to make the cancellation process as simple as possible. Please review the following details before making a request.


🕒 1. Order Cancellation Timeframe

Before Shipment:
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped at no additional cost. Please contact us as soon as possible if you’d like to cancel.

After Shipment:
Once your order has shipped, we’re unable to cancel it. However, you can still receive a refund by following our Return & Refund Policy.


📧 2. How to Cancel Your Order

To request a cancellation:

  1. Email Customer Service:
    Send an email to support@hrebloom.com with the subject line:
    “Cancellation Request – [Your Order Number]”

  2. Include the Following Details:

    • Full name on the order

    • Order number

    • Reason for cancellation (optional)

  3. Wait for Confirmation:
    Our team will respond within 1–3 business days to confirm whether the cancellation can be processed.
    If approved, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within up to 10 business days.


💳 3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Once processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with refund details.


🚫 4. Exceptions

Custom or Pre-Order Items:
Orders for custom-made or pre-order products cannot be canceled once production or fulfillment has begun. Please review product details carefully before placing your order.
