At Hrebloom, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly and reliably. All orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.
Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, our team carefully prepares and ships it within 1–3 business days. After your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your delivery anytime.
If an item becomes temporarily out of stock during high-demand periods, processing times may take a little longer. Our customer service team will contact you promptly if there are any unexpected delays.

Customs, Taxes & Import Duties
Each country has different tax and customs regulations. We comply with all local rules and regulations.
In most cases, orders to the U.S. and Canada do not incur additional customs fees. However, if import duties, VAT, or other local taxes are required by your country’s customs office, these fees are the responsibility of the customer.
