🔄 30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Before sending any item back, please contact our customer service team at support@hrebloom.com to confirm the reason for your return and receive the correct return warehouse address.
⚠️ Do not return your package to the shipping address on the parcel, as it may cause loss of your package.
🧾 Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Include all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.

Items that have been used with essential oils or liquids cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
🚚 Return Shipping Responsibility

If the return is due to the customer’s reason (e.g., changed mind, wrong item ordered),
→ The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. -
If the return is due to Hrebloom’s responsibility (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item),
→ Hrebloom will cover the return shipping costs.
Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide the correct return address.
💰 Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected at our warehouse:

Your refund will be processed within 1–3 business days.

The refunded amount will be returned to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 3–5 additional business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.

Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
