1. Order Cancellation Timeframe
Before Shipment:

Orders can be canceled before they have been shipped without any fees. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
After Shipment:

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will need to wait for delivery and then follow our Return Policy to return the item if desired.
2. How to Cancel Your Order
To request a cancellation, please follow these steps:

Reason for cancellation (optional)
Wait for Confirmation:

Our team will respond within 1–3 business days to confirm whether the cancellation can be processed.
If approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.

3. Refund Processing
Once the cancellation is confirmed and accepted, your payment will be refunded in full.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Exceptions
Custom or Pre-Order Items:

Orders for custom-made or pre-order products may not be eligible for cancellation once production or fulfillment has begun. Please review product details before placing such orders.
