30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as you received it
  • Unused
  • With all original packaging intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Important: Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from our team.
Note: To qualify for a refund, the product must remain in its original condition. For example, please do not insert essential oils or other substances into our devices.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email Us
    Send an email to support@hrebloom.com. Briefly describe the issue, include your order number and name. If applicable, please attach photos of the item to help us better understand the situation.

  2. Prepare the Return Package
    Our customer service team will respond within 1–3 business days and guide you through the next steps. They will provide a return address in their reply. Once you receive this information, please return the item to the designated address.

  3. Return Received & Inspected
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email confirming receipt. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and take the necessary action.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you need is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired product.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

In addition to the above, if your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. During this time, you may cancel or return your order for any reason.

To qualify:

  • The item must be in the condition you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With all original tags and packaging
  • Proof of purchase (receipt) is required

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and automatically returned to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the transaction.
