Warranty Policy

We offer a one year limited warranty on our all product, which begins from the date of purchase and is valid for one-time use, redeemable once within this period.

We will evaluate the product's eligibility based on the photos/videos sent to our product experts. Please note, depending on the product's issue, Hrebloom may provide you with a new replacement product, or refund a portion of your order amount, or offer a store gift card as compensation. Additionally, please be aware that customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with warranty claims.

✅ What This Warranty Covers
During the one year warranty period, Hrebloom will provide a new replacement if:

The device fails to operate as intended
A verified manufacturing defect is found

❌ What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not apply to:

Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, dents)
Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accidents
Products used for commercial purposes (unless explicitly allowed)
Products opened or modified by unauthorized personnel
Normal wear and tear or performance issues due to software compatibility
Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party platforms

Return & Verification (if required):

In some cases, we may ask you to return the defective item for verification. 

Once approved, we will ship a brand-new unit to you at no cost.
